Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 26, 2026
1Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Ceroxi ("we", "our", or "the Service"), operated through ceroxi.com, treats information that arises from your use of our website and the services made available there, including our browser-based image and PDF tools (the "Tools") and our online radio directory (the "Directory"). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the practices described below.
2How the Tools handle your files
All processing performed by the Tools takes place locally within your web browser. Files you open, convert, or otherwise manipulate are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We have no technical capability to access, retain, or review the contents of any file you process.
3No account, no personal information
The Service is offered without registration. We do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, or any other personally identifying information in order to use the Tools.
4Cookies and local storage
The Service may store small amounts of data on your device using browser cookies or localStorage in order to remember your preferences (for example, output quality settings or last-used format). This information is held only on your device, is never transmitted to us, and is not used to identify you.
You may clear this data at any time through your browser's privacy controls without affecting the availability of the Service.
5Server logs, hosting, and sub-processors
Our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard request information, such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of access. These logs are used solely for operational, security, and abuse-prevention purposes and are retained for up to ninety (90) days, after which they are deleted in the ordinary course of operations. They are not linked to any other information you provide and are not used for marketing.
We rely on the following third-party sub-processor for the operation of the Service:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS resolution, content delivery, traffic routing, and bot/abuse protection. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request metadata in order to provide these services.
We do not share personal information with any other third party except where required by law or as expressly described in this Policy.
6Analytics
The Service does not currently employ analytics tracking. We may introduce a privacy-respecting analytics provider in the future to better understand aggregate usage. Should we do so, this Policy will be updated and the section above will reflect the active provider.
7Advertising
The Service does not currently display third-party advertising. Should advertising be introduced in the future, this section will be updated to identify the network(s) involved and explain your choices, including how to opt out of personalised ads.
8Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received information from a child without verified parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we may take appropriate action.
9Your rights (EU/EEA, UK and California residents)
Depending on where you reside, you may have certain rights with respect to personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete information held about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Because the Service does not collect personal information that identifies you individually, the practical scope of these rights is limited; nevertheless, you may submit any enquiry or request to us at the contact address below and we will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
10Third-party links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any such third party. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every external site you visit before providing any information to it.
11User responsibility
You are solely responsible for the files you process with the Tools and for ensuring that such use complies with applicable law and the rights of any third party. You agree not to use the Service to process content that is unlawful, infringing, or otherwise harmful. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to process the files you submit to the Tools.
12Changes to this Policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date amended accordingly. Where we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to make those changes clearly visible to users. Your continued use of the Service following such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
13Contact
