Community Submission Terms

1. Eligibility and submitter representations

Any person may submit a radio station to Ceroxi Radio (the "Directory"). Submissions from station owners or their authorised representatives are given priority. By making a submission, you represent and warrant that:

  • the stream URL you provide is publicly accessible and operational;
  • the station has the right to broadcast the content delivered through that stream;
  • you are authorised to submit the station's information, or the information being submitted is otherwise lawfully available in the public domain.

2. Permitted and prohibited submissions

The Directory accepts:

  • live audio streams in MP3, AAC, OGG, or HLS (.m3u8) formats;
  • stations with a stable, publicly reachable stream URL (HTTP or HTTPS);
  • stations of any genre, language, or country.

The Directory does not accept:

  • streams that require authentication or are geo-restricted;
  • podcasts, playlists, or any other on-demand content (live radio only);
  • stations broadcasting unlawful, harmful, or hate-speech content;
  • duplicate submissions of stations already listed in the Directory;
  • streams that infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other right.

3. Review process

Each submission is manually reviewed by the Ceroxi team within 24–72 hours of receipt. The stream URL is tested automatically at the time of submission and again before approval. We may edit the station's name, description, or tags to maintain consistency with the Directory's editorial standards.

We reserve the right to reject any submission, or to remove any previously approved listing, at our sole discretion, without notice and without obligation to provide a reason.

4. Personal data

The email address you provide on submission is used solely to notify you of the approval or rejection of that submission. We do not share submitter email addresses with third parties and do not use them for marketing.

Station contact details (such as the station's own email address and links to its public social-media profiles) that you submit may be displayed publicly on the station's listing page, in the same form you have provided them.

5. Content rights and licence

By submitting a station, you confirm that you are not violating any third-party right and that you have the right to provide any logo, artwork, or descriptive text included in the submission.

You grant Ceroxi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display the submitted content (station name, logo, description, tags, contact details, and social-media links) on the Ceroxi platform and in the materials we use to promote the platform.

Ceroxi acts as a directory only. We do not host, broadcast, or rebroadcast any audio content; we link to existing public streams operated by third parties. We assume no responsibility for the content, availability, or legality of those streams.

6. Copyright complaints and takedown

If you believe that a listing in the Directory infringes your copyright or trademark, please send a notice to [email protected] containing:

  • the URL of the listing complained of;
  • a description of the right you claim, including any registration details or other proof of ownership;
  • a statement, made in good faith, that the use complained of is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law;
  • your contact details (full name, email address, and, optionally, telephone number);
  • your signature, which may be electronic.

We will review every properly submitted notice and respond within seven (7) business days. We may remove the disputed listing during the review period.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Directory is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ceroxi disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, and makes no guarantee as to stream availability, audio quality, or content accuracy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ceroxi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Directory or any submission made through it.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ceroxi, its operators, and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) any submission you make; (b) any breach by you of these Terms; or (c) any violation by you of any law or of any right of a third party.

10. Termination

We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, remove any listing, suspend access to the submission process, or modify any aspect of the Directory, for any reason or for no reason, without liability to you or to any third party.

11. Governing law

These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine, save where mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent court or tribunal to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable and consistent with our original intent, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Changes

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Where we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to make those changes clearly visible to users. Your continued use of the submission process following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
